About the Role:
- As a Data Center Technician, you will be a key member of the support team, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues.
- You will share your knowledge of these technologies with team members and possess basic to intermediate system administration skills.
- You will work autonomously to resolve server issues and have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment you support.
- You will be expected to take direction well, pay attention to details, and work effectively within a team.
- You should be receptive to feedback and able to adjust your performance and behavior as required for the position.
