Pay Range: $45 to $50 per hour.

Job Title: Alteryx Administrator

Locations: Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX

Work Type: Hybrid with three times onsite and two times remote

Contract Duration: 12 months with strong likelihood of extension up to 24 months.

Job Summary:
This role supports the modernization and stability of an enterprise Alteryx platform within a regulated financial services environment. The administrator will ensure platform performance, security, and compliance across multiple environments. This position plays a key role in platform upgrades, migrations, and operational reliability. The role partners with infrastructure, security, and analytics teams to enable scalable analytics delivery. This is a hands on role focused on enterprise grade administration and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, patch, monitor, and administer multi node Alteryx Server environments to ensure uptime and performance.
• Execute platform upgrades, license management, SSL certificate administration, and database maintenance activities.
• Plan and support data center migrations to next generation infrastructure environments.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Automate environment setup and integrate password vault solutions where applicable.
• Install and configure drivers and connectors following SDLC processes.
• Provide level two user support and optimize workflows and monitoring scripts.
• Maintain governance documentation and deliver usage and licensing reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Windows Server maintenance and patching.
• Proficiency in scripting using Batch and PowerShell.
• Hands on experience with Alteryx Server administration in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multi node architectures and load balancing.
• Strong understanding of DNS, SSL TLS, and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience supporting MongoDB and SQL Server platforms.Knowledge of incident and change management frameworks such as ITIL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Alteryx Server or Core certification.
• Experience with REST API integration and automation.
• Python development experience.
• CI CD pipeline exposure and version control tools.
• Cloud fundamentals and server migration experience.
• Workflow performance tuning and scalability optimization experience.
