Pay Range: $45 - $50 an hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary:
- The Candidate will support in vitro biology research focused on cancer target discovery and cell death pathways.
- This role is responsible for designing and executing experiments that generate reliable and reproducible data.
- The position requires strong scientific judgment, literature analysis, and independent problem solving.
- The scientist will contribute to project milestones through hands on laboratory activities.
- This role operates within a regulated large enterprise environment with strict compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute critical experiments independently to support project objectives.
- Develop implement and optimize experimental protocols and techniques.
- Maintain deep understanding of assigned projects and the overall research program.
- Analyze experimental data draw conclusions and recommend follow up studies.
- Review and apply relevant scientific literature to solve discipline specific problems.
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tasks independently with consistent results.
- Support project progress through laboratory based experimental activities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education with five or more years of relevant experience.
- Master degree or equivalent education with three or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in biological research.
- Background in cell biology cancer biology biochemistry immunology or immuno oncology.
- Hands on experience with mammalian cell culture techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with flow cytometry.
- Knowledge or laboratory exposure to antibody drug conjugates or multi specific biologics.
- Experience working in a regulated large enterprise environment.
