Pay Range-120k

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees park-wide construction projects from planning through completion in a cost-effective and efficient manner
• Develops and implements capital plans, including project scoping, approvals, budgets, schedules, and work plans
• Supports prequalification and evaluation of contractors and vendors
  Coordinates construction sequencing, logistics, site access, insurance, and laydown areas with contractors and project teams
• Reviews design and construction documents for completeness, coordination, and constructability; evaluates existing facility conditions
• Serves as liaison between Facility Engineering, Park Operations, Entertainment, Creative, and other stakeholders
  Manages governmental inspections and approvals through final certificate of occupancy
• Oversees construction management processes and documentation (RFPs, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, directives, agreements, and punch lists)
• Supports progress payments, inspections, staging coordination, and adherence to the master schedule
• Manages punch list and closeout activities, including review of as-builts, warranties, lien waivers, and final submittals

• This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
