Pay Range: $20 to $24 per hour.

Job Summary:
- This role supports fixed asset accounting activities within a large enterprise environment.
- The position focuses on asset capitalization depreciation tracking and compliance reporting.
- The ideal candidate is detail oriented and eager to grow within a structured finance team.
- This role partners closely with finance and project stakeholders to ensure accurate asset records.
- The position contributes to month end close audit readiness and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording and tracking fixed asset acquisitions transfers and disposals.
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities including depreciation and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate asset records within the fixed asset subledger.
- Conduct physical asset verification and tagging across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with project owners and finance teams to ensure timely capitalization.
- Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit requests.
- Participate in system enhancements related to fixed asset accounting.
- Support compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
- Generate reports and analysis for management review.
- Perform manual journal entries accruals and reclassifications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- One to two years of accounting or finance experience.
- Basic understanding of GAAP or IFRS.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Experience working in a structured finance or accounting environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to fixed asset accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems or reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
