An Excellent Opportunity for “Infra Program Manager” to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Charlotte, NC

Alternate Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $65/hr – $73/hr

Job Description:

Day to Day

• Support end-to-end infrastructure technology projects by gathering requirements and coordinating the design and build of hardware including servers, network, and storage
• Manage multiple projects or a smaller number of highly complex infrastructure projects simultaneously
• Partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, SMEs, and LOB Portfolio/Program Managers to deliver technology solutions
• Coordinate matrix execution across technology organizations and business lines
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Assist with technology estimates and manage low to moderate complexity infrastructure solutions through full-scale deployment in live environments
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams
• Identify root causes of business challenges and make technology recommendations using Agile practices
• Manage financials including budgeting, capital planning, and capital tracking

MUST HAVES

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Fluency in Agile project management methodologies
• Experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Technology programs and projects
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience managing project financials, including resource capital planning and capital tracking
• Ability to manage matrix teams across technology and business organizations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
