Must haves:

Strong Python engineering expertise building high-performance backend systems, data pipelines, and APIs in production environments

Proven experience owning technical design and execution, translating product requirements into scalable architecture, delivery plans, and milestones

Solid capital markets domain knowledge (equities, FX, derivatives, or systematic trading platforms) within low-latency or performance-critical systems

Hands-on experience improving code quality, testing, reliability, and performance, including troubleshooting and optimizing production systems

Ability to lead technically without people management, guiding design decisions, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and unblocking delivery
Pay Rate Range: 70-100/hr open for Rate exceptions
