Job Title: Curative Representative

Location: Irving, TX 75063, USA - Onsite Role

Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)

Pay Rate: ($24-$25) hourly

Description:

• We are seeking a Curative Associate with mid-level experience in handling real property transactions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing abstract title examinations to identify liens, encumbrances, judgments, vesting, deed preparation, legal descriptions, and other title-related issues.
• The role requires a deep understanding of payoffs, real property taxes, and the requirements for extinguishing voluntary and involuntary liens.
• The candidate should be capable of taking action to clear any conditions using the underwriting guidelines applicable to all 50 states, with a focus on Texas, Florida, and Georgia being a plus.

• Manage a pipeline of orders and clear titles within specified service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate effectively via integration system tasking or emails.
• Collaborate with other title agencies or counties to resolve title matters.
• Work directly with lenders, creditors, and third parties to extinguish title issues and facilitate the issuance of title insurance.
• Conduct extensive research to support title clearance activities.

• Relevant educational background in real estate, law, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
