Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC, Richmond, VA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking

Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of extensions)

About the Role:

• 5 years of industry experience in the financial field 
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights for business and enterprise reporting
• Accessibility and ADA knowledge 
• Risk management experience 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Use data analysis to generate actionable insights and make informed recommendations for process improvement
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and internal systems of record such as POP and ORCIT
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, operational excellence, and accessibility initiatives

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $55 – $60 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
