Job Title: Technical Support Role
Location: Chandler AZ / Addison TX / Jacksonville FL / Pennington NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST

Experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, MS Office, Office 365, VPN, Citrix, and networking issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Experience with ITSM Remedy (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $19 - $20 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
