Must haves:

5–10+ years of Compliance experience within a full-service investment dealer or capital markets environment

Hands-on compliance coverage of Debt and Equity products, including:

Fixed Income (FIC)

Equities
-
Listed and OTC derivatives

Options
-
Strong experience supporting institutional and corporate clients
-
(Retail banking or retail compliance profiles are not suitable)

Extensive interaction with Canadian regulators and audits/exams

Deep knowledge ofCIRO / IIROC rules, National Instruments, UMIR
-
Proven experience with monitoring & testing, regulatory reporting, issue escalation, and remediation

Backgrounds in Trade Floor Supervision / Surveillance, Trade Advisor, Markets Compliance Advisor, Target Institutions / Environments, Capital Markets divisions
Pay Rate Range: 80-105/hr
