MISSION
Your mission is to maximize fleet uptime and guarantee the integrity of refrigerated cargo by providing expert-level diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and high-quality repairs on specialized cooling systems and power units.
DAY TO DAY

Perform comprehensive pre-trip inspections and diagnostics on Thermo King and Carrier refrigerated containers to ensure they are mission-ready.

Execute complex mechanical and electrical repairs on refrigeration units and portable Gensets to maintain peak operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with logistics and shipping teams to prioritize repairs and meet critical container readiness deadlines.

Maintain precise documentation of all inspections, maintenance actions, and inventory used to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
MUST HAVES
-
Proven technical experience diagnosing and repairing Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration systems and Gensets.

Active EPA Certification and a valid driver’s license.

Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical components within an industrial or shipping context.

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and the willingness to obtain a Forklift Certification.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and a drug screen (strictly adhering to FRA cannabis-free regulations).
