Job Title: Material Handler

Job Duration: 9 Months Contract

Shift: 1st shift 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM        

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr to $18.00hr and a $200 bonus in every 3 Months

Job Overview

• Our Client is seeking a robotic assembly technician with experience building complex electromechanical equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work all day for shift, including some overtime
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with computer, manufacturing software and data entry
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a team/group setting
• Ability to work in mechanical setting with proficiency in use of tools and light equipment.

 Title: Service Technician, Assembler

• Material Handler: Has power tools, power jacks, if they have done HIT Training
• Mechanical skills (not to change a transmission but someone who has used small tools in production/ building/ creating something)
• Candidates should be comfortable with somewhat of repetitive steps.
• Yrs Exp: 1+

 Required Skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Read and follow English language instructions
• Able to work safely in structured manufacturing environments
• Has good attitude and aptitudes to learn new things.

Performance indicators:

• Will look at how they get up to speed, the quality of work
• If they are missing any steps consistently,
• Time and attendance.
• Speed

 Top 3 must-have hard skills

• Small tools (knowledge of power tools)
• Be able to read instructions and go to the next step
• Basic computer skills
