Duration: 7 - 9 months+ Possible Extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, PST | 40 hours/week
Pay-rate: $90-$95/hr

Own UX design outcomes for a mature product area, complex program, or emerging initiative.

Drive UX and product design for experiences across platforms.

Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intent through specs, mockups, interaction models, and prototypes.

Articulate user journeys using scenarios, storyboards, presentations, low- and high-fidelity mocks, and detailed interaction specifications.

Analyze and anticipate user needs, ecosystem impacts, and industry trends to inform design decisions.

Drive design improvements through UX research, usability testing, data insights, and stakeholder feedback.

Build alignment and consensus across designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on design strategy.

Contribute to UX vision and long-term strategy; generate buy-in and operationalize strategy across teams.

Create innovative, scalable design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Lead and support holistic design processes, design systems, or design languages across teams or products.

Guide and mentor other UX designers; support ideation, research, and design reviews.

Apply and evolve UX frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems while adhering to accessibility standards and style guides.

Independently drive projects from concept through implementation in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

6+ years of experience in UX or product design

Experience designing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, TV, or connected devices)

Strong interaction design skills and deep knowledge of user-centered design methodologies

Experience partnering closely with UX Research and cross-functional product teams

Proven ability to iterate on existing product features while considering long-term impact and scalability

Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver clear, detailed solutions in a dynamic environment

Portfolio, website, or work samples demonstrating UX and product design expertise

Experience working on large-scale consumer products

Background in design systems or platform-level UX
