Title: Senior Network Data Center Consultant

Pay Range: $70 - $80

• We are seeking a Senior Network Data Center Consultant to support a large, globally distributed financial services environment.
• This role is ideal for a CCIE or CCIE-equivalent engineer who enjoys owning complex network design, leading troubleshooting efforts, and serving as a technical escalation point across enterprise and data center infrastructure.
• You will work closely with network, security, and application teams to design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable network solutions across data center core-to-edge environments.

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot data center core and edge networks
• Provide expert-level support for routing and switching environments
• Work with technologies including Csco Nexus, Juniper, and Arista
• Lead complex troubleshooting involving BGP and OSPF
• Support network services such as F5, Infoblox, and Csco ACI
• Ensure optimal TCP/IP design, subnetting, and traffic flow
• Collaborate with security teams on firewall and segmentation solutions
• Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation
• Partner with application and infrastructure teams to drive successful outcomes

• 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in large enterprise environments
• CCIE or CCIE-level expertise (certification preferred, not required)
• Strong experience in data center networking
• Deep knowledge of Csco-based environments, including Nexus
• Proven expertise with BGP (design and troubleshooting)
• Experience working in global or financial services environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skill

• Experience with SD-WAN or MPLS (Viptela, VeloCloud, Versa, etc.)
• Network security platforms: Plo Alto, ASA/Firepower, Checkpoint, Illumio
• Scripting or automation experience (Python)
• Voice or collaboration platforms (CUCM, MS Teams Direct Routing, SIP/SBC)
• Experience in highly regulated environments
