About the Role:

We are seeking a senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in telecom and enterprise voice systems to support employee calling platforms. This role focuses on SIP, VoIP, and Ribbon (Sonus) Session Border Controllers, working closely with architecture and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, test, and support Ribbon/Sonus platforms
• Perform SIT testing, documentation, and implementation planning
• Develop MOPs, scripts, and low-level design documents
• Support E911 (Intrado) and voice security platforms
• Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, and session management issues
• Integrate voice platforms with Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of telecom or voice engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Ribbon (Sonus) SBCs
• Deep knowledge of SIP and VoIP technologies
• Experience in enterprise or carrier-grade environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Self-starter with project coordination experience

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $70 – $75 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
