- Serve as Lead Coupa BSA / Solution Architect for Coupa implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Design and configure Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Management) aligned with business requirements.
- Drive end-to-end Coupa implementation lifecycle, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Functional design
- Configuration and customization
- System and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT)
- Production deployment and post-go-live support
- Lead Coupa–ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.), ensuring data accuracy, process alignment, and performance.
- Translate business processes into Coupa configurations, workflows, approvals, and compliance rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, IT, AP) to optimize source-to-pay (S2P) processes.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, and configuration workbooks.
- Support testing activities by creating test scripts, validating integrations, and resolving defects.
- Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and scalability within Coupa architecture.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Coupa platform capabilities and enhancements.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Coupa implementations.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-pay (S2P) business processes.
- Experience with Coupa configuration, workflows, approval chains, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with testing methodologies (SIT, UAT) and deployment planning.
- Coupa certifications (Implementation Specialist, Admin, or Functional Consultant).
- Experience with Coupa APIs, cXML, flat files, or middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Exposure to financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Prior experience in global or enterprise-scale Coupa deployments.
Salary and Other Compensation:
