Pay Range: $24 to $28 an hour.

Client Industry: Pharmaceutical

Job Mode: Hybrid (Onsite 3 times per week)
Contract Duration: 6 months (Possibilities of Extension)
 
Description:
The HR Specialist support core human resources data and system processes to ensure accurate employee records, compliant reporting, and high-quality service delivery. This role focuses on managing HR data within enterprise HR systems, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and maintaining strong data quality standards. The position partners with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve processes, and support operational efficiency. This role is well suited for detail-oriented HR professionals with strong system and process knowledge.
 
Must Haves:
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday and/or ERP.
  • Experience supporting25 HR data management or HR operations
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accurac
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required (HR or related field preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must (spoken and written).
Day to Day:
  • Manage employee lifecycle and HR data processes within Workday and/or ERP.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Run data quality and HR reports and correct identified errors
  • Monitor upstream and downstream system integrations for data accuracy
  • Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries related to HR data and reporting
  • Maintain and update HR process documentation
  • Support compliance with defined HR processes and internal controls
  • Collaborate with HR, benefits, payroll, finance, and other internal teams
  • Support training activities for new team members on systems and processes
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
