Title: Banking Customer Service Representative

Duration: 06 months of contract | Onsite  

Pay Range:  $29/Hr. to $30/Hr.

Job Description: 

• Primary point of contact for high revenue clients. Responsible for day-to-day servicing of Lockbox Treasury products and services of varying complexity.
• Research and respond to client inquiries received via phone, email, and internal systems. Build strong relationships with clients, operations, servicing, sales, and technical partners to effectively resolve client requests.
