Job Title: Tableau Developer 

Location: Charlotte,NC  (hybrid)Local only In person Interviews 
Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 3 day WFH
Client Industry: Banking 
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract 
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 

About the Role

We are hiring a  strong Tableau Developer  

Key Responsibilities

DAY TO DAY

• Work hand in hand with Data engineers to translate data into tableau visualizations 

• Mentor junior resources 
• Implement advanced interactivity, filters, and drill-down capabilities in user facing dashboard.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into visual solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support business objectives.
• Optimize existing Tableau reports for performance and usability.

MUST HAVES

• 5-7 years of Tableau reporting and development experience

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports 
• Great visual design skills 
• An eye for effective visualizations of data 
• Previous experience working with the business and tech teams to gather requirements 
• Familiarity with a variety of data sources, SQL and Tableau Data Extracts
• Enterprise experience
• Fantastic soft skills and communication style  

PLUSSES

Compensation 

Hourly Rate: 55$-60$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
