Job Description:
Seeking an IT Admin to support IT asset management and procurement operations across a large manufacturing facility. This role focuses on IT asset lifecycle management, inventory control, procurement, and budget compliance. The position is highly hands-on and requires strong organizational skills to manage high-volume IT equipment requests across multiple buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle (procurement, receiving, tracking, reconciliation).
  • Handle inventory tracking for all IT expense assets.
  • Create and manage procurement requisitions using Ariba and maintain AP100 system.
  • Ensure procurement aligns with forecasted budgets and checkbook tracking.
  • Validate role-based device requests and manage equipment allocation.
  • Oversee equipment audits, receiving, and reconciliation.
  • Escalate inventory or asset issues to site management as required.
  • Independently manage high-volume orders across a large onsite facility.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • IT asset lifecycle management
    • Procurement & inventory tracking
    • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working in a large, onsite environment handling physical assets.

Nice to Have (Preferred):
  • Accounting or budgeting background.
  • Prior experience with Ariba procurement systems.
  • Experience managing budgets or financial tracking.
