• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting high-tech or industrial facilities such as vehicle manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, or battery projects
• 3-5+ years of experience with master planning, including roadway design, grading, pavements, utilities, traffic, stormwater management, flood control, erosion and sediment control, and multi-use site development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/stormwater modeling software, with the ability to produce construction documents for permitting and construction
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing project requirements, and work independently with minimal oversight

Day to Day:

• In this role, you’ll help deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions that support the development of advanced manufacturing and operational facilities.
• Each day, you’ll manage multiple projects across planning, design, bidding, and construction phases, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource needs to keep projects moving forward.
• You’ll independently develop civil engineering deliverables, including construction documents, specifications, calculations, and narratives, while continuously improving design standards and details.
• You’ll review drawings and proposals from vendors, architects, and engineers, lead multi-disciplinary coordination efforts, and present 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews to stakeholders.
• Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll proactively communicate project status, changes, and risks, and coordinate with permitting authorities to secure jurisdictional approvals for civil scopes of work.
