Position Details:
Job Title: Curative/Title Associate (Remote Position)
Client: Insurance/Real Estate
Duration: 6 Months (Extension or Conversion Based on Performance)
PayRange: $24/hr. - $25/hour
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (Shift Differential Applied)
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze payoff statements, real property taxes, and voluntary and involuntary lien extinguishment requirements

Take corrective action to clear title conditions in compliance with underwriting guidelines

Conduct extensive title research to resolve complex title defects
-
Work directly with lenders, creditors, county offices, and third-party agencies to clear title matters

Manage a pipeline of orders and clear title within established SLAs

Communicate through integrated tasking systems and email

Collaborate with internal teams, external title agencies, and county offices
