Job Title: Workday Integration Specialist

Location: Charlotte,NC / Addison ,TX /Pennington,NJ /Richmond,VA (hybrid) 
Work Arrangement: 3  day in office with 3 day WFH
Client Industry: Banking 
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract 
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 

About the Role

We are hiring a  strong Workday Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

DAY TO DAY

• This resource will each be allocated to the recruiting and HCM function 
• This team has over 420 integrations of data going in and out of the application at a time, and these specialists will be in charge of going into Workday and integrating other systems over to workday
• This is NOT a production support role, this is HANDS ON 

MUST HAVES

• 7+ years working within Workday Integrations

• Exp with workday extend 
• 5+ years of Core HCM experience
• 3+ years with recruiting experience 
• Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework
• Deep understanding of Workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures
• Attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through
• Ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications
• Strong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems
• Experience working with offshore teams 
• Experience with workday implementation and all day to day processes 
• Good communication, self starter, eager to learn

Compensation 

Hourly Rate: 55$-65$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
