About the Role:

We are hiring a Workday Extend Specialist to support Recruiting and Core HCM functions in a highly configurable enterprise Workday environment. This is a hands-on role focused on building, configuring, and enhancing business systems inside Workday, not production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and build business systems within Workday
• Develop custom applications and modules using Workday Extend
• Support Recruiting and Core HCM processes
• Manage high-volume Workday configurations and data integrations
• Build, modify, and enhance solutions from scratch
• Demonstrate solutions to business users and explain design decisions
• Collaboration with offshore development teams
• Participate in Workday implementations and continuous improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of Workday Configuration or Integration experience
• 5+ years of Core HCM experience
• Hands-on Workday Extend development experience
• Active Workday Certification (Required)
• Experience building solutions from scratch
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Experience working with offshore teams

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
