Job Title: Data Center Technician II

Location:Hermiston, OR

Duration: 6+ Months- possible extension

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $24 .00/hr- $25 .00/hr .

These will be for night shifts, from 6PM-4AM.

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex server and hardware infrastructure issues
• Perform server installations, hardware replacements, and component repairs
• Support Linux-based systems using basic to intermediate command-line skills
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP-related issues
• Manage work intake and prioritize tasks using a ticketing system
• Document work performed and maintain accurate operational records
• Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge and best practices
• Follow established procedures, security protocols, and operational guidelines
• Adapt to feedback and adjust performance as needed to meet team and business needs
