Title: Project Manager (HR-IT Projects)

Location: Toronto, ON M4W1E5 (3 day in the office per week)

Duration: 6 Months (+ Extension or FTE Conversion)

Pay Range: ($60-$69)on an hourly basis.

Requisition Description:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HR technology or employee experience domains.
• English and Mandarin language fluency
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and digital tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in matrixed environments.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect project outcomes to enterprise strategy.
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with AI, data platforms, or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization, and communicate difficult concepts and information to customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and drive clarity.
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and leading through change.
• Global mindset and flexibility to support distributed teams across time zones.

 Must Have:

• Mandarin Fluency
• Must be able to work in evenings at least 3 day a week from 8-10 pm
• Experience with HR IT project
• Project Management
• Knows AI day-to-day usage
