• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including commercial production delivery - Needs to be hands on not a lead and just overseeing the process
• Backend development experience with Python and scripting
• Experience building applications end-to-end, including deployment workflows
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to quickly adapt, learn, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to GenAI application development or AI/ML concepts
• Java backend development knowledge - They are moving from Python to Java soon
