Pay- $25K-$35K
WHY
full-time Quality Control Inspector to ensure that precision-engineered packaging and crating solutions consistently meet rigorous customer specifications and ISO 9001 standards.
MISSION
At a high level, you will safeguard excellence by verifying that every physical product from moisture content to final assembly perfectly aligns with engineering drawings and internal quality benchmarks.
DAY TO DAY

Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of finished goods using specialized tools, including tape measures (down to 1/16”) and moisture meters, to ensure 100% compliance with engineering designs.

Record and analyze inspection results within proprietary software and MS Excel to provide actionable data for the Operations and Management teams.

Identify nonconformances or production inefficiencies and provide direct feedback to the Design and Manufacturing departments to drive continuous process improvement.

Participate in ISO audits and internal checks for receiving, in-process stages, and "cutsheet" accuracy to maintain company-wide quality standards.
MUST HAVES
-
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or quality inspection role.

Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings/blueprints to verify product accuracy.

Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, specifically the ability to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16”.

Intermediate in MS Office (Excel/Word) and the ability to learn and navigate proprietary production software.

Effective verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish is preferred for coordinating with the manufacturing floor.
