Pay range: $22/hr. - $24/hr.

Day to day:

• Assembly Operations: Operate and monitor assembly line processes to ensure consistent production flow.
• Specialized Cleaning: Use glove box equipment to perform precision component cleaning and media-blasting.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Documentation: Track equipment status and maintenance logs using basic computer systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Facility Upkeep: Manage general facility tasks including vacuuming, waste disposal, and recycling programs.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a pristine workspace while strictly adhering to all established safety protocols.

Must haves:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing, assembly, or technical environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working directly with manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Compliance: A proven track record of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and manual dexterity for high-precision tasks.

Plusses:

• Certifications: Technical certification in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or a related field.
• Specific Skillsets: Familiarity with media-blasting or operating glove box equipment.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts or advanced assembly line operations.
