About the Role:

We’re seeking two motivated Structural Engineers to join a growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior engineers on the design, analysis, and documentation of steel structures. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior Professional Engineers on project design and execution.

Perform design and drafting of steel structures using tools such as Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software.

Collaborate with customers and project teams to define requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Document and report project progress, ensuring alignment between teams and clients.

Learn and apply internal engineering processes and best practices to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

3+ years of experience in structural or civil engineering.
-
Hands-on experience with steel structure design and drafting.
-
Strong communication and documentation skills.
-
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
PE (Professional Engineer) or SE (Structural Engineer) certification.

Prior experience in the steel industry or with manufacturing/construction competitors.

Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar 3D modeling tools.
