Day to Day Responsbilities:

• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of finished goods using specialized tools, including tape measures (down to 1/16”) and moisture meters, to ensure 100% compliance with engineering designs.
• Record and analyze inspection results within company’s proprietary software and Excel to provide actionable data for the Operations and Management teams.
• Identify nonconformances or production inefficiencies and provide direct feedback to the
• Design and Manufacturing departments to drive continuous process improvement.
• Participate in ISO audits and internal checks for receiving, in-process stages, and "cutsheet" accuracy to maintain company-wide quality standards.
• Must Have:
• MUST HAVES At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or quality inspection role.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings/blueprints to verify product accuracy.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, specifically the ability to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16”.
• Intermediate skills in Office (Excel/Word) and the ability to learn and navigate proprietary production software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is preferred for coordinating with the manufacturing floor.
