Quality Control Senior Associate

Location: Holly Springs, NC

Duration: 12 months (W2) | Fully Onsite
Schedule: Day shift (4/10) training for 3–6 months; then night shift (4/10, 10 PM–8 AM)

Role Summary:

• The QC Senior Associate supports sample management and laboratory testing in chemistry, bioassay, and microbiology.
• This role ensures accurate receipt, handling, storage, and documentation of samples, while maintaining compliance with SOPs, GDP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and track samples in LIMS, ensuring proper labeling and storage

• Prepare and execute routine and complex testing in chemistry, bioassay, and microbiology

• Record and evaluate test results, maintaining accurate GMP/GDP documentation

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments (HPLC, ELISA, incubators)

• Troubleshoot testing issues and collaborate with senior staff on resolutions

• Support investigations, audits, and process improvement initiatives

• Maintain safety compliance and follow all regulatory and SOP requirements

• Collaborate cross-functionally with QC analysts, QA, and other teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3–5 years laboratory or sample management experience

• Familiarity with LIMS or sample tracking systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork

• Ability to work night shifts on a 4/10 schedule
