Pay Range: $45 to 48 per hour.

Job Summary:

• The Digital Science Project Specialist supports digital strategy and validation initiatives within a large enterprise environment focused on clinical development and digital health tools.
• This role partners closely with medical and cross functional teams to advance digital endpoints and patient focused technologies.
• The specialist contributes to regulatory compliant validation activities and ensures high quality evidence generation.
• The role requires strong project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• This position plays a key role in translating digital strategies into execution aligned with clinical and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Digital Strategy Lead in developing digital strategies and novel endpoints including patient insight research technology evaluation usability testing vendor qualification and validation of digital health tools for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with medical colleagues and therapeutic area teams to implement digital strategies aligned with asset strategies and evidence generation needs.
• Support analytical validation studies of digital tools in alignment with PFDD DDTQ CTTI guidance and applicable federal and international regulations including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders including vendors procurement regulatory legal and quality teams to enable qualification of selected digital health tools.
• Manage multiple digital projects by creating project plans trackers and monitoring scope budget timelines and progress reporting.
• Identify business needs and support development of reports standard operating procedures and publications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in life science clinical public health or related field.
• One to three years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical healthcare consulting or medical device industry.
• Working knowledge of drug development processes and clinical development requirements.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks including ICH and GCP.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Enterprise tools project platforms and tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting digital health tools or digital endpoints in clinical trials.
• Exposure to analytical validation studies or health outcome research.
• Experience creating executive level presentations and reports.
• Prior collaboration with cross functional global teams.
