Pay Range: $20 to 22 per hour.
Client Industry: Medical Device
Contract Duration: 10 Months (++Possibility of Extension)
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a technical related fieldSup
- Strong experience supporting quality assurance or supplier management programs
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for nutritional products
- Experience working with supplier documentation, quality agreements, and compliance records
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Create and maintain data, documentation, and systems supporting supplier management programs
- Monitor supplier compliance and ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of records
- Correspond with suppliers to obtain required quality and compliance documentation
- Escalate unusual product or supplier performance issues when appropriate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve supplier performance concerns
- Maintain and update global approved supplier listings
- Prepare supplier exception reports for internal and global review
- Review labeling information and verify ingredient and allergen accuracy
- Support risk assessments, product improvement initiatives, and regulatory reviews
- Assist management with meeting coordination, report preparation, and project tracking
- Experience with quality assurance in food, nutrition, or consumer products environments
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance initiatives
- Exposure to global manufacturing or supplier networks
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Access, or Lotus Notes.
