Job Description:

• Experience in Mainframe development and production support, handling large-scale banking, insurance, and healthcare applications
• Expertise in COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, ENDEVOR, with strong knowledge of batch processing, online transactions, and database optimization
• Proven track record of leading teams (12–14 developers), mentoring juniors, and coordinating between onsite clients and offshore teams
• Hands-on experience in complex financial and insurance workflows, including corporate credit card hierarchy management, billing cycles, and claims processing
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills, including abends analysis, batch job optimization, and DB2 query performance tuning
• Experienced in Agile/DevOps methodologies, system integration, regression testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and audit requirements.
