Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Systems Analyst to support, enhance and optimize our Planning Analytics (TM1) ecosystem and associated components. This role focuses on improving performance of complex models, designing scalable planning structures, and ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and accuracy of the end-to-end Planning Analytics architecture, including data integration pipelines, calculation logic, and reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Select, design, and implement solutions to improve the performance of complex Excel-based models running in Planning Analytics Local.
- Develop and enhance TM1 models, including creation of new cubes, dimensions, rules, and performance optimization strategies.
- Build, modify, and maintain planning and reporting assets through Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
- Create and maintain Turbo Integrator (TI) processes to support data loads, transformations, and automation.
- Configure and maintain Planning Analytics Local and Planning Analytics Workspace on Windows Server and OpenShift environments.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, TI processes, data flows, and infrastructure requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve system configuration, performance, or data-related issues in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, performance tuning, and process optimization.

Desirable Competencies
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model structure, data imports, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing concepts, including schema design, performance optimization, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation scripts.
- Experience creating Power BI dashboards and data models, including data preparation and transformation activities.
