Pay Range: $65/hr – $75/hr

Job Description:

• The Scrum Master will be instrumental in supporting multiple Agile teams and driving delivery excellence across the enterprise.
• This role requires a proactive individual who can facilitate Agile processes and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity
• Coach and mentor the team in understanding and applying Agile principles
• Support the Product Owner in defining the product vision and managing the product backlog
• Promote collaboration, encourage open communication, and ensure active participation within the team
• Uphold scrum and kanban principles to maintain process integrity

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in JIRA
• Knowledge of JIRA Horizon
• Familiarity with JIRA Align
• Experience working with multiple teams
• PI Planning experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
