About the Role

• The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional responsible for coordinating patient care delivery within the healthcare team. Utilizing a professional nursing practice model, the RN assesses patients, identifies nursing diagnoses, develops and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates patient responses. The RN ensures safe patient transitions throughout healthcare encounters, minimizing preventable complications or delays.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Care Planning

• Conduct accurate clinical assessments using clinical reasoning and practice standards.

• Identify and prioritize patient and family needs.

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and modify individualized nursing care plans to achieve desired clinical outcomes.

Quality, Safety & Evidence-Based Practice

• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.

• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives.

• Support evidence-based practice changes.

Patient-Centered Care

• Create a compassionate, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.

• Develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

• Manage emotional and physical pain to promote comfort and healing.

Certification/Degree Requirements:

• RN
• BLS

Salary and Other Compensation:
