Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

• Design and develop user-facing features using React.js with Redux for state management.
• Ensure applications meet WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Write clean, scalable, well-documented, and testable code for both new development and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization to improve application speed and efficiency.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of education, training, military experience, or professional work.
• 5+ years of experience with:
  • HTML (HyperText Markup Language)
  • JavaScript development
  • CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise web applications using React.js (react 17) with Redux.
• 3+ years of experience implementing WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 accessibility standards.
• 1+ year of experience with SDL Tridion content management system.
• Strong expertise with Node.js, Webpack, and other tools related to React front-end development.
