• The Jira Service Management Architect will design and implement an enterprise-scale JSM Cloud solution, aligned with ITSM/ITIL best practices.
• The role spans solution architecture, configuration, integrations, governance, reporting, and enablement, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and operational visibility.
• This is a senior, consultative role suitable for greenfield or transformation initiatives.

• 5-10 years of experience, solid technical background
• Experience implementing JSM in at least two enterprise-level projects
• Experience conducting requirement gathering sessions and engaging with business stakeholders

• Experience with ServiceNow, experience taking ServiceNow to JSM
