Job Description:
Provide professional and efficient customer support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality service and accurate administrative assistance. This role interacts with clients, patients, and internal teams, supporting daily operations and maintaining excellent communication.
Must-Have Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including scheduling appointments and processing requests.
•Maintain accurate records and manage data across relevant systems.
•Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed.
•Support team operations in call center, healthcare, or dispatch environments.
•Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support; experience in healthcare, call center, or dispatch settings preferred.
