Job Title: DataStage Developer

Location: Plano, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking

Duration:12 Months (Possibility of extensions)

About the Role:

Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience with DataStage (parallel and server jobs).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle SQL Server)
• Proficiency in database design principles (normalization, indexing, partitioning).

Methodologies:

• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting ETL jobs.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $68 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
