Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferred experience in leading technology initiatives within Capital Markets or Financial Services
• Familiarity with payments ecosystems (ISO 8583), ATM, and POS systems
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, enterprise technology programs in regulated financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets systems including trading platforms, risk management systems, and market data technologies
• Experience with cloud technologies, data architecture, and system integration frameworks
• Demonstrated experience managing both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Strong vendor management experience overseeing third-party partners
• Excellent executive-level communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

MUST HAVES:
