Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Lansing, MI 48906 - Onsite

Duration: 06 months Contract to hire

Pay Range: ($18-$20) hourly 

Qualifications:

• Strong proactive communication and follow-up skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience working with data across various software systems

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Close attention to detail with the ability to multitask accurately

• Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple sales projects from development through production and fulfillment

• Track production status across multiple manufacturing facilities

• Prepare pricing proposals, sales tracking reports, and monthly summaries

• Manage packaging development and project specifications

• Monitor project timelines, costs, and profit margins to ensure on-time and accurate delivery

• Communicate daily with customers, sales teams, program managers, and manufacturing staff

• Resolve order, inventory, and project issues through data analysis and proactive problem-solving

• Maintain customer profiles and sales data in internal systems

• Prepare sales presentations and management updates (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Lead or support meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action tracking

• Serve as a point of contact in the absence of sales or program managers.
