Title: Medical Representative OMR/ First Aid Attendant/Primary Care Paramedic (PCP)

Type (Contract, C2H): Contract - 3+ Months- Potential to convert fulltime

Location: Ottawa, ON (Barhaven Center/ Market place)- Flexible for 8 hour shift or 10 hour shift- Front half day's - Sunday to Wednesday/ Back half - Wednesday to Saturday - 3 months night shift

Time slots: One Round Virtual

Compensation: $20-$22/Hour

Expected to accomplish: Ability to provide basic first aid.

Day to day what are the responsibilities:

• 25% documentation, tracking any injuries for 21 day's
• Escalate injuries to workers compensation team
• Daily check ins for injuries/ tracking care
• Weekly check in to provide support (physio care referrals)
• 25% regulatory - Forms, correspondence with workers compensation, documentation of form aids, translating medical documents into accommodation process
• Partner with operations team to find accommodations
• Dealing with daily minor injuries and tracking the cases per employee/ monitor employee

Must-haves/key skills needed

• First Aid
• PCP/ ACP, RN or RPN (Certified under the College of Nurses)
• Customer service - good attitude/ good soft skills
