  • The expected base salary range for this position is $60/Hr – $68/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including bonuses, commission (if applicable), and/or other incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and market factors.
  • We may use AI-enabled and/or automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process, including application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • These tools are used to enhance consistency and efficiency.

Business Context:
  • Team operates within Capital Markets & Data Management Office
  • Primary mandate: ensure regulatory compliance and data effectiveness
  • Team supports the regulatory program across three core pillars:
    1. Data Quality – accuracy and integrity of trade & regulatory data
    2. Capital Markets Data – equities, FX, and related products
    3. Data Strategy – validating data suitability for regulatory reporting
Core Responsibilities:
  • Focus on capital markets trade surveillance
  • Support allocation and acquisition of capital markets products:
    • Equities
    • FX
    • Other traded instruments
  • Analyze, track, and validate data used in regulatory reporting
  • Ensure transparency and traceability across the data lifecycle
  • Produce clear, consistent summaries and presentations for stakeholders
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • Data Analysis & Data Management in a Capital Markets environment
  • Data Lineage expertise:
    • Tracking, mapping, and visualizing end-to-end data flows
  • Strong ability to summarize findings and present insights clearly
  • Regulatory experience with BCBS 239 or related initiatives:
    • FRTB
    • FRB Reporting
    • Basel II / Basel III
    • Dodd-Frank
    • FBO
    • Volcker Rule
  • Data Visualization tools:
    • Tableau (preferred)
    • Alternatives acceptable (Power BI, etc.)
Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge or exposure to AI governance
    • Especially relevant as data, compliance, and automation converge
