The Customer Service Associate will serve as a Tier 1 Customer Service Agent, providing high-quality support via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat. This role focuses on first-call resolution, application processing, dispute resolution, and accurate documentation while ensuring compliance and data privacy in a fast-paced call center environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
Rotational after-hours coverage; overtime may be available
Location Requirement:
Candidates must reside in: Columbus OH , Cincinnati OH , Detroit OH, Pittsburgh PA ,Cleveland OH
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (phone, chat, email)

Resolve inquiries using multiple systems with a focus on first-call resolution

Follow call scripts, procedures, and compliance standards

Accurately document customer interactions and case details

Meet productivity, quality, and performance metrics

Maintain professionalism and safeguard customer data
Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience
-
1+ year of call center experience
-
6 months of Utilities or Health & Public Services experience

High School Diploma or GED
-
Strong communication, data entry, and MS Office skills
-
Reliable internet and a private remote work environment
