Telecom Decommissioning Field Technician
Baltimore, MD | Onsite | Full-Time

We’re hiring hands-on field techs to help remove and decommission telecom equipment at job sites. If you’re good with tools, safety-minded, and have worked around telecom or electronic equipment, this could be a great fit.

Pay Range: $18-20/hr and $40000k/year

What You’ll Do:

• Take apart and remove telecom & electronic equipment
• Label, inventory, and take photos of removed materials
• Sort and palletize equipment for transport or recycling
• Use hand and power tools safely on job sites
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines
• Work with a small field team; travel as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in telecom decommissioning, electronics teardown, recycling, or field service
• Comfortable using hand & power tools
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Detail-oriented and reliable team player

Nice to Have:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience
• Experience working in data centers or telecom sites
