Job Title: L3 Application Support / Production Support 

Location: Charlotte,NC  (Local Only No relocation - In person Interview )
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 
Client Industry: Banking 
Duration: 12 Months Contract

 Must Haves

• •  Experience in application change management within a banking or regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of release management, risk, compliance, and audit processes
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps teams, CI/CD, and production deployments
  • Proven ability to manage Priority 1/2 incidents and production support
  • Strong stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills
  • Experience with SIT/UAT, impact analysis, and production sign-offs

   

  Day-to-Day

  • Coordinate application changes and releases with business and technology teams
  • Manage compliance, risk, and audit artefacts for each release
  • Partner with DevOps teams to execute deployments and release workflows
  • Ensure adherence to banking  standards, policies, and governance
  • Lead remediation initiatives and track delivery timelines
  • Support production incidents with minimal business impact
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders

  This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
